Hydro Dipping
Carbon, wood-grain, camouflage and custom patterns for suitable plastic, metal and wood surfaces. A new look for everything from vehicle interior parts to electronic enclosures.
Hydro dipping transfers decorative patterns onto the contours of a component. We assess the suitability of its material and surface before preparing it for the chosen finish.
We work on interior trim, consoles, mirror covers and wheels, as well as electronic enclosures and industrial parts. Carbon, wood-grain and camouflage options can be selected to suit the application.
Surface preparation, pattern transfer and finishing are planned for each part. For a custom project, send us a photograph, dimensions and your preferred pattern.

Design & Planning
We review your part and needs together and determine the right material and production method. If you have an existing part or mould, we assess it through reverse engineering.
Sample & Approval
We produce the first sample and evaluate dimensions, texture and strength together, completing any revisions before series production.
Thermoform Production
We heat the plastic sheet and vacuum-form it over the mould, achieving consistent, repeatable results from sample to series.
Trimming, QC & Delivery
We precision-trim the parts, run quality control and deliver on time, shipping from Konya across Türkiye.
What is thermoforming (vacuum forming)?
Thermoforming heats a plastic sheet until pliable, then vacuum-forms it over a mould. Because tooling costs less than injection moulding, it suits both low-volume custom jobs and series production.
Which plastic materials do you work with?
We work with common engineering plastics including ABS, Plexi (acrylic), PET-G, PVC, HIPS/polystyrene and PP. We determine the best material for your application together.
Do you produce small quantities or single parts?
Yes. Thanks to the flexibility of thermoforming, we work at every scale from a single custom part to series production. Small-batch jobs matter to us too.
I have a sample or part — can you reproduce it?
Yes. If you have an existing part or mould, we reproduce it through reverse engineering and can produce samples and series from it.
How does the sampling process work?
First we review your part and requirements, then produce a sample and confirm dimensions and texture together. After approval we move to series production.
Which sectors do you produce for?
We produce plastic and thermoformed parts for many sectors, including automotive, health & medical, agriculture, packaging, construction and industry/appliances.
